Question by : Where can you watch anime on tv with cox cable?
besides on demand where can i watch any type of anime? List a channel or something PLEASE!

The following channels that air anime:

Nicktoon has DBZ Kai and DB GT on weeknights.

Cartoon Network has Pokemon, Beyblade and Bakugan on weekdays and Saturdays.

[adult swim] airs Bleach, Kekkaishi, Durarara!!, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Fooly Cooly, Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Inuyasha Saturdays.

The Hub airs Deltora Quest weekdays.

MNET airs Outlaw Star and My HiME on Wednesday nights and Thursday daytime.

Boomerang has Pokemon on weekdays.

Marvel anime series are airing on G4 Friday nights.

There is the FUNimation Channel (the only 24/7 anime channel in the US) but Cox Cable does not have it yet.

If you want the FUNimation Channel for your home with Cox Cable…

all you need to do is request it.

Step 1. Call a Cox Cable Operator
Step 2. Ask for Customer Service Rep
Politely…please
Step 3. Explain to them that FUNimation Channel is a 24 hour anime channel
Step 4. Let them know you would keep with them or switch providers to receive the channel.

Also….

Send note in your next Cox Cable bill

Fill out customer service forms on Cox Cable’s websites

Go to Cox Cable’s office and ask in person!
Better yet…bring them baked goods every week until they add the channel.

That’s the best way to let the cable/dish companies know you want the channel. They file these requests and send them to the corporate offices for review.

Question by Café Mocha Valencia: Do you have movies on DVD that you also watch whenever they come on TV or cable?
I know this sounds a bit idiotic but there’s just certain movies that I own on DVD that when they come on broadcast TV or cable I still watch them. I could go in the other room and pop the DVD in whenever but if I happen to be flipping channels and the movie’s on – I have to watch it. And it doesn’t matter if the movie’s starting at midnight – I’ll stay up and watch it.

Right now I’m watching “Signs” for the umpteenth time – just love this movie. Others I’ll watch on TV even though I have them on DVD:

- When Harry Met Sally
- all the Harry Potter movies
- Sixteen Candles, Pretty in Pink – all the John Hughes brat pack flicks
- Cats and Dogs (“Evil does not wear a bonnet!!!!”)
- The Jerk
- probably many others LOL

So if you’re weird like me, which movies can you just not turn off on your TV or cable even though you own them on DVD? (Please tell me I’m not the only one LOL!!)
