I am wondering exactly how many mb of your monthly download allowance would it take to watch 1 hour of live tv on pc at lets say 300kbps?

I just moved some things around and now my tv and computer are less then a foot away and my computer starts to flicker when i turn the tv on, will this ruin either or?i can move it a little away and it does it less but i dont have much room.

My tv’s cable “screw” in back broke off but it has s video and the usual audio/video input. If I connect my tv cable to a vcr or dvd player and then connect a s video to my tv or audio/video to my tv, will tv play tv or just play dvds and vrc movies?
